Description: The HR Operations Executive will support and strengthen the HR function at CLUIX by managing end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, documentation, HRIS management, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day operational HR activities. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally

About the Role

  • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data updates.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and process monthly inputs for payroll.
  • Support in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
  • Manage onboarding and exit formalities end-to-end.
  • Coordinate hiring activities including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, HR guidelines, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and support audits.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and maintain related records.
  • Support training programs, feedback tracking, and documentation.

Skill(s) required

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, people management, and organisational skills.

Eligibility

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, HR, or related fields is mandatory.
  • Master’s degree (MBA / PGDM) in Human Resources, Operations, or a combination of both is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR Operations or Generalist roles.
